Once the initial formalities are completed you will be seeing your Consultant physiotherapist who will take a detailed history of presenting symptoms and an in depth assessment which would help in understanding the pathology, the severity of condition and your goals.Thereafter you will be explained about the diagnosis and the recommended treatment time and procedurewhich is usually followed by treatment in one of our cubicles.
We usually provide our clients a home exercise program chart before discharging them from our treatment sessions. Exercise are taught and made sure that they are being done correctly under supervision of our physiotherapists before being given for self-practice.
You can download our PhysioActive app and refer to the individualized exercise program prescribed by your physiotherapist whenever and wherever you want to repeat them. We try our best to make things convenient for you so that you do not miss out on your exercises.
