Physiotherapists are movement specialists. Gym trainers often miss out tiny hints in your movements which physiotherapists are good at. They study movement patterns to find out the weak link and prescribe specific exercises to strengthen it.
Although prior appointments are recommended, we try our best to accommodate everyone who walks in to our clinic in pain; although waiting time might vary depending on the schedule of our physiotherapists.
